DataKlicks Hub ("we", "us") is based in Lagos, Nigeria. This page explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect

  • When you register for a course or class: your name, email address, phone number, country and the course you chose. We also save which page you registered from and how you found us (for example a campaign tag or the website that sent you), so we know which promotion worked.
  • When you message us on WhatsApp or email: whatever you choose to send, including payment receipts.
  • When you visit the site: anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type, and the website that referred you) through Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

Why we use it

  • To register you, confirm your payment and keep you informed about the course you signed up for.
  • To email you a confirmation that lists the courses you have registered for with us.
  • To contact you about your course, such as class links and schedule changes.
  • To understand how many people visit the site so we can improve it.

We do not sell your data. We will only send you marketing emails if you separately ask us to.

Where it is stored and who handles it

Registration details are stored in a Google Sheet owned by DataKlicks Hub, and confirmation emails are sent from our Gmail account, so Google processes this data for us. Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). Site statistics are handled by Vercel, which hosts this website. Only DataKlicks Hub team members can open the registrations sheet.

How long we keep it

We keep registration records for as long as needed to run the course, handle payments and meet our accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email dataklickshub@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.
